Duties
- Manage daily golf course operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members, including starters, marshals, and hospitality personnel, to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Oversee guest services by ensuring timely tee times, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to uphold course conditions that meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Implement operational procedures that enhance efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the facility.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in a hospitality or recreation setting, preferably within a golf or sports environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Knowledge of golf operations, course maintenance practices, and safety standards is highly desirable.

Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
