We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team and help deliver outstanding service to our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience.
Please note: This role requires full flexibility across 7 days, including midweek daytime and weekend shifts.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and kitchen spaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support the catering team during events by setting up, serving, and clearing away as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Experience in bartending or catering is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Ability to assist with food preparation tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and helping others within the team environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts – midweek daytime weekend availability is key.
